Progress saved on your device
We use browser storage for game progress, results, sound preferences and other settings. Clearing site data can remove that progress. The collection’s Your progress menu lets you export a backup.
Guest leaderboards and optional accounts
When you participate in a leaderboard, PlayRove processes puzzle attempts, results and timing. A signed, secure guest cookie can identify your browser for guest scores for up to one year; this is separate from a signed-in account. Names and results submitted to leaderboards may be visible to other players. Optional email/password accounts use Supabase authentication. The account service processes authentication information; do not share your password in a support message.
Usage analytics
We use PostHog to understand visits, referring website domains, campaign links, games played, starts, completions, device class and guest or signed-in status. A random browser identifier and session identifier support these measurements; signed-in events use an internal account identifier. The shipped event collector does not send guesses, passwords or email addresses, and does not record session replays. Network providers also receive technical information such as an IP address when a request is made.
Use the Usage analytics button in the footer to turn our usage analytics off or on for this browser. This choice concerns PostHog usage events, not essential game storage, security or any separate advertising consent. PostHog privacy information.
Advertising
We are preparing Google AdSense. Advertising is not currently enabled by PlayRove’s site configuration. If enabled after review, Google and other participating advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to personalize ads. Applicable advertising choices will be presented separately from usage analytics, including a Google-certified consent solution where required.

Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes network requests for delivery and security. The backend stores leaderboard and attempt records. Supabase handles optional account authentication. Each provider has its own data handling policies: Cloudflare and Supabase.
Your choices and questions
You can play without signing in, disable usage analytics and clear browser storage. Clearing storage does not automatically delete server-side account or leaderboard records. For access, correction or deletion questions, contact the official PlayRove account. We may need to verify a request before changing account data. Please do not send passwords or sensitive documents in a public comment.
