Read the clues outside the five-by-five grid to find consecutive runs of filled squares. Keep at least one empty square between runs; zero means none are filled. Tap a square to cycle through filled, marked empty and unmarked. A grid that matches all row and column clues solves the puzzle.

Read a row clue

A row clue of 3, 1 means a run of three filled cells, then at least one empty cell, then one filled cell. The row has five cells, so the separator uses its remaining space.
