Email the right issue
- Email game support: game, browser, device and what went wrong.

- Report an accessibility barrier: page, task and assistive technology if you wish to share it.
- Report a copyright concern: identify the work, its owner, the PlayRove URL and your contact details. We may remove or replace material while reviewing a substantiated report.

Complaint handling
Jayant Nagori is the operator and complaints contact. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and address ordinary complaints within 30 days; shorter statutory deadlines take priority. Reply to request review if the response does not resolve your issue. These are operational targets, not a promise that every dispute is resolved within that period.
Where India's online gaming grievance rules apply, a dissatisfied user can use the statutory escalation route to the Online Gaming Authority of India. See the government's explanation of the grievance and appeal process. Other privacy, consumer and court remedies remain available where applicable.
Responsible use
Our games have no money stakes or cash prizes. Take breaks, keep play recreational, and stop if it interferes with sleep, work or wellbeing. Accounts, public ranking and optional analytics are adult features; younger visitors should play locally with parental guidance. This self-declaration is not verified age assurance.
