Refund and cancellation policy

No purchases to cancel

PlayRove currently does not sell subscriptions, paid game entries, digital items or services through this website. There is no checkout, recurring billing or in-app purchase. Playing and optional accounts are free, so there is ordinarily no payment for PlayRove to refund.

If you see an unexpected charge

Contact your bank or payment provider promptly and contact jayantnagori268@gmail.com. We will investigate any claimed connection to PlayRove. Share only the date, amount and merchant description; do not send a full card number, security code, OTP or bank password. A third party selling its own service is responsible for its own transaction, subject to your statutory rights.

Closing an account

There is no cancellation fee. To request account closure or deletion, use our privacy contact. Clearing browser storage only removes local records; it does not close a server account.

Future paid features and legal rights

If paid features are introduced, price, billing, cancellation, refund and applicable consumer-rights terms must be disclosed before any purchase. This page does not waive a refund or remedy required by law.
